  I have used Aslan for an issue with no heat during the really bad cold snap this year. They dispatched the technician quickly and when he arrived he was professional, clean, courteous and dealt with the problem quickly. I will use them again for future issues as they are open 24/7/365!! I have read other reviews where people complain about the price but when you call someone out after hours then expect to have a different rate. I know I was advised of all the rates prior to agreeing to have a technician come to my house.
